These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms of partnership between Go2Lisbon, hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and [Partner Company Name], hereinafter referred to as “Partner,” for the purpose of promoting Company’s tours in Portugal starting from Lisbon. This Agreement establishes the guidelines for the use of a discount code provided by Company to Partner.
2.1 Company will provide Partner with a unique discount code (“Code”) that can be used by Partner’s customers to avail a discount on Company’s tours.
2.2 The Code will entitle the customer to a specified percentage or amount of discount, as agreed upon by both parties.
3.1 The Code will be valid for use on Company’s website or booking platform.
3.2 The Code will be active and applicable for discount as long as the following conditions are met:
a) There is at least one booking made by customers using the Code in any given calendar month.
b) The booking made using the Code must be for one of Company’s tours in Portugal starting from Lisbon.
3.3 If no bookings are made using the Code in any given calendar month, the Code will become temporarily inactive until the conditions mentioned in 3.2 are met again.
4.1 Partner agrees to actively promote Company’s tours and the discount Code to its customers through various marketing channels, including but not limited to:
a) Website promotion
b) Social media campaigns
c) Email newsletters
d) Print media (if applicable)
5.1 Company will have access to its booking data and will be able to track the usage of the Code to ensure compliance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
6.1 By using the Code, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
6.2 Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a discount if a customer is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
7.1 Company reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to Partner or its customers.
7.2 Partner will be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions. Continued use of the Code after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
8.1 Either party may terminate this partnership Agreement by providing a written notice to the other party with a 30-day prior notice period.
8.2 In the event of termination, the Code will be deactivated and no longer usable by Partner or its customers.
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information exchanged during the course of this partnership as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
