Following a pick-up from your hotel in Lisbon, we’ll turn south to Evora. Passing by longest bridge in Europe, Vasco da Gama Bridge 17,5 km. long.

After a walk in the city we going to visit one of first example 1st Manuelino. Gothic church in the world, São Francisco church. Also will visit famous Chapel of Bones, Capela dos Ossos. The bones from the overflowing graveyards were used as part of the decoration of this small creepy chapel. Even the inscription on the entrance is ghoulish:”We bones await yours”. The Capela dos Ossos (Chapel of Bones) is an entrancing church with an exceptionally shocking air. Positioning as one of Evora’s most gone to destinations, this ghostly vacation destination isn’t for the cowardly. This little, unassuming sanctuary is really home to the last resting spot of many bodies; all unearthed from the city’s burial grounds in the sixteenth Century.

After while we going to the Praca do Giraldo, is the main central square of Evora. Important attraction in Evora is Cork Trees and a lot of souvenirs and different accessories made from cork. Unique and nice products that you can find in Evora.

After will visit most famous tourist site of Evora the Roman Temple. The temple regarded as the best-preserved roman structure on the Iberian Peninsula, it was protected from destruction as it was incorporated into Evora Palace, and later used as a barn storing wood! The temple is named after the Roman goddess Diana but when it was constructed in the 1st century it was actually dedicated to Augustus – the emperor who created a cult regarding himself. Evora contains one of the Iberian Peninsula’s most noteworthy sixteenth-century building ventures, the Aqueduto da Água de Prata (the Evora water aqueduct). The reservoir conduit gave clean drinking water to Evora by interfacing the city to the closest consistent streaming waterway, 9km toward the north.. Local dish is “Black Pork”.

After lunch, we’ll have degustation of the wine, cheese and olives from this region. Degustation included in the price

Our final destination is Lisbon. We bring you back to your hotel or accommodation.
