Once I make my reservation, when will I receive the vouchers for my tour?
You will have your reservation confirmed on the screen at the end of the payment process. We will also send a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. You can print it out and show it to the guide (whilst not obligatory as the guide will have a list of each member of the tour party, it is your proof of purchase).
What payment methods do you accept?
All our payments are processed through PayPal, where you can pay with a PayPal account or use your debit or credit card. The payment process is straightforward, secure, and you are protected against unauthorized payments.
Will my tour be cancelled in case of bad weather??
No, departure is guaranteed and our climate ensures over 300 days of sun each year.
What kind of vehicles are used for the tours?
For all tours we only use minibuses that hold a maximum of 8 passengers. Each minibus is equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats and a high quality sound system.
Are the coaches wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a minibus that is wheelchair accessible. However, if you do have limited mobility (i.e. you can get on and off the coach), we can take your wheelchair with us.
What should I wear on my tour? Special items to bring?
We would recommend sunglasses, comfortable shoes and a camera as the most important items to bring. From June through to September you should dress for warm weather and ensure you have sun protection with you. Meanwhile, from December through to February it can be chilly. The remainder of the year has mild weather.
Will I be charged if I need to change my tour date or if I am unable to go on tour?
Changing your tour date is not a problem assuming there remain places available on your preferred date. However, cancellations at 24 hours or less and no-shows will not be refunded.
I need an official invoice, can you provide me with one?
No problem – please send us an e-mail to info@go2lisbon.com with your full address, post/zip code and city and we will send it to you straight away.
How early should we reserve our tours?
We recommend that you book your tour as early as possible to ensure the dates and times that you prefer. Please note that places are limited.
What happens if I lose my confirmation printout?
This is no problem at all! All you need to do is show the guide your booking reference, passport or identity card before departure to confirm your reservation on the tour.
How long have you been in business?
G2L has been offering the highest quality private tours in Lisbon since 2009. In the spring of 2012, we decided to start providing regular daily tours and to extend our expertise to individual visitors and small parties.
If I have left something on the bus, how can I get it back??
Please note that G2L is not responsible for any object left inside its vehicles. Any items we find will be taken to our office in Lisbon. Please call our office regarding any lost items.
What happens if I get separated from the group?
Our guides always clearly explain meeting places and times and all tours are run on time. In case you cannot find the group where you thought they were supposed to be, please wait for a maximum of 5 minutes and then go directly to the minibus.
Private Tours
Remember that when you book a private tour, each and every detail is customized for you. This means that you can choose the starting point – within the city area- and the finishing point. You can also determine the language, and the itinerary will always be adapted to your specific needs and interests. Through communicating with one of our agents in the Booking Department, you will receive an answer to all of your queries and at the end of the process we will give you the mobile phone number of our guide, in case of any last minute problems.
