The on-line booking was straightforward. We were a little concerned on the morning of the trip in case we didn't make the pick up point with the guide outside the designated hotel and called into the helpline printed on the voucher but it was on answerphone (not very helpful)...

We enjoyed the small group. All aspects of the tour were exceptional. We were lucky to have a good day so had good views from the castle. Antonio was an excellent guide and provided us with some good stories and history. He was also accommodating to the group. Our pick up was seamless.
