Registration for the 1st Arrábida Walking Festival is open, this festival will run from May 28th to 30th, 2021.

The Arrábida National Park is a protected area, with unquestionable cultural and natural values.

This event will be the first completely dedicated to the discovery of this heritage through hiking, being a joint effort of Biotrails and the municipalities of Palmela, Setúbal and Sesimbra.

A Grand Route has been defined, with a selection of other routes to complement, which allows you to travel more than a hundred kilometers to discover the cultural, natural and biodiversity of this fabulous area.

This first edition will take place between 28 and 30 May 2021 and will be dedicated to archeology, revealing to each trail an opportunity to travel through time.

In the context of the pandemic in which we find ourselves, the programming of the Arrábida Walking Festival has been completely reorganized to ensure greater security, with fewer participants per activity. In addition to the walks, this festival will have tastings of wine and regional products as well as guided tours of the region’s heritage to complement.
